The machine is taken into our shop and completely disassembled. All parts from the machine are visually inspected for wear. Any part that does not have an extended usable life is replaced with new factory genuine parts. After all repairs are made to the frame and derrick sections, the entire unassembled machine is sandblasted. While still unassembled, each component is coated with primer and then painted. It's at this point that the machine starts back together, using new bolts and hardware. The end result is a machine unmatched in quality and workmanship, thus providing our customers with a reliable, economical, time tested drill machine capable of providing years of service.
